Neuberger and Securitize launch tokenised high-income fund

Neuberger and Securitize have launched a new tokenised fixed-income fund, bringing an actively managed high-yield strategy on-chain across four major blockchain networks.

The Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund invests primarily in high-yield bonds, alongside other income-producing assets including collateralised loan obligations and leveraged loans.

The launch marks Neuberger’s first engagement as subadvisor to a tokenised fund, bringing the investment manager’s fixed-income expertise and more than $230 billion in assets under management to an on-chain investment strategy.

HINC is being launched across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui, with Securitize providing the regulated infrastructure supporting tokenisation and fund operations.

Carlos Domingo, Co-Founder and CEO of Securitize, said the fund brings Neuberger’s established fixed-income capabilities to public blockchains, while providing eligible investors with access across four blockchain networks.

Neuberger’s Head of Product Management, Anil Abraham, said the partnership allows the firm to extend its actively managed fixed-income approach to qualified investors through an on-chain structure.

Securitize Capital serves as HINC’s investment adviser, while Securitize Markets offers interests in the fund to eligible investors. Securitize affiliates will also provide tokenisation, fund administration and related operational services.

Access is limited to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers and remains subject to onboarding, KYC/AML checks, jurisdictional requirements and applicable securities laws.
