Superstate and Invesco expand strategic partnership
Find out more about the expanding relationship between Superstate and Invesco after Invesco's investment into the firm.
Invesco Private Capital, Inc, an affiliate of Invesco Ltd, has made a strategic investment in Superstate as part of the company’s .5 million Series B.
As part of this expanded strategic partnership, Invesco and Superstate will also collaborate on future products.
“Superstate’s onchain infrastructure expands Invesco’s ability to scale its digital assets strategy and advances our tokenised product offerings,” said Emily Kulback, global head of product at Invesco.
“As the broader tokenisation market continues to evolve, we believe thoughtful partnerships will support responsible innovation and help us meet the changing needs of our clients.”
Robert Leshner, CEO of Superstate, added: "Invesco becoming a strategic investor in Superstate reflects the depth of our shared conviction: tokenization is the future of investment products, and we're building it together.”
This investment builds on an existing partnership between firms. In March, both companies announced that Invesco agreed to take over management of Superstate’s flagship tokenised US Treasuries fund, USTB.
