Renegade and Costanoa back Natter’s $23m Series A

Natter has raised $23 million in Series A funding to expand its enterprise conversation intelligence platform.

Conversation intelligence is becoming a critical data layer for tokenised finance, as it allows for the capturing of decisions and intent that legacy systems cannot record or audit.

The news broke today (7 April 2026) on the Axios Pro Deals site, after an exclusive interview with CEO and co-founder, Charlie Woodward.

The company has added two new investors known for scaling enterprise technology, Renata Quintini, co‑founder of Renegade Partners and Mark Selcow, a partner at Costanoa Ventures, recognised for backing early enterprise software leaders.

Woodward said both investors are already adding meaningful value to the company.

He highlighted ongoing working sessions with them in New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto.

In addition, the Series A round includes continued support from existing backers.

Chrysanthos Chrysanthou of Kindred Capital, Brendan Baker, founder of Builder’s Initiative, and founder operators Abakar Saidov and Phillip Chambers were name checked in Woodward’s post.

Natter has secured early adoption from major global enterprises. Known clients include ServiceNow, Accenture, Philip Morris, Lego, PwC, Mondelez, Cox Enterprises, SAP, Miro, Deloitte and Synopsys.

These organisations represent some of the world’s most complex operating environments.

Woodward said the company has been building its platform substantially over the past 12 months. He described the upcoming product reveal as a major step for the category.

The company is also expanding its team, hiring 15 new heads this quarter from more than 12,000 applicants. Woodward called the team the most capable group he has worked with.

He said Natter aims to build, define and own the enterprise conversation intelligence category globally.
